Thanks to our prefabrication facility and our many years of experience, we have become specialists in responding to individual requirements. We digitised the production of building components more than ten years ago. The success we have achieved vindicates the efforts we have consistently made to expand this area. Prefabrication
The modern concrete plant and two production halls provide the perfect conditions for making high-quality products. We specialise in prefabricated façade elements and components made from exposed brick, clinker brick and concrete. Our core expertise lies in the production of prefabricated, clinker brick masonry elements, the only products of their kind on the market. A combination of technology and artisan skill results in products made specifically for your façade.
Digitalisation
Digital component production has been a reality at the Keller Group for more than ten years. We developed our ROBmade façade in collaboration with the Professorship for Architecture and Digital Fabrication at ETH Zurich (Gramazio Kohler Research). It is a huge challenge to digitise the entire workflow from design through to production. We are constantly developing our processes with the aim of creating a fully digital production process so that the individual stages are not only coordinated with one another but are also totally consistent and automated. Our robot is even able to make complex formwork using digital techniques.
Services
We offer a range of services to help make your façade a reality and contribute substantially towards the complete success of your project. For example, you can select the brick you like from Switzerland’s largest display of clinker bricks at ‘Ofenhalle N° 2’ and then have it manufactured for your property. Our façade advisers and design team will be on hand to actively support you in getting your project built. The experienced people who make up our Building Services team specialise in façade overhauls, restoration and cleaning. In addition to this, we offer a wide range of clinker brick flooring, including the exclusive CERPIANO+ flooring systems. We are also more than happy to take care of the installation for you.
