Organisation
The activities of the Keller Group are grouped together under the umbrella of Keller Holding AG, a holding company registered in Pfungen (Switzerland). The four business units are managed by members of the Management Board. Stephan Keller has overall responsibility as President of the Keller Holding AG Governing Board, with Christian Keller in charge of operations as Chair of the Management Board.
Shareholdings
Keller Holding AG has a considerable shareholding in Imbrex Holding AG. In turn, Imbrex Holding AG controls two stock corporations: Imbrex Immobilien AG and Kapyfract AG.
